It has become a trend of cosmetic companies to use chemical ingredients in their manufactured products that may lead to inflammation, irritation, blemishes and dryness. On the contrary, natural beauty skin care is very easy to make and have a rare chance to affect your skin.
Above all the first step should be to know your skin nature and complexion first. Avoid direct sunshine, wind and polluted as well as dusty areas.

Regular exercise, good diet, sound sleep and water lay the foundation for healthy and beautiful skin. Proper diet not only helps to grow overall health but also make sure that your skin will get required vitamins, minerals, oxidant, etc.Drinking water has a lots of good effects on our skin. Water helps to get smooth with glowing skin and move nutrients and waste through the system.
Most important thing is avoid skin contact with direct sunshine and it will be a good idea to protect skin from the damaging rays of sun always, as ultraviolet ray is extremely harmful to our skin. One may suffer from age spot, wrinkles, premature aging and even cancer if the person’s skin directly involved with ultraviolet ray that come from sunshine. That doesn’t mean you lock yourself inside the room. Whenever you think that, there may be a chance of exposing your skin on direct sunrays, use good sunscreen. You must use sunscreen, as it’s an essential skin care during daytime.
Dry skin is common, strongly related to age growth. Older skin sweats less, and oil glands than younger skin. Certain medications, cosmetics and frequent bath may create dry skin. Use natural soap that doesn’t contain any perfumes and dyes.
Your hands are susceptible to daily damage and may need to be washed and moisturized regularly.
